Loaves and Fishes Meal Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Cambridge, MA. It has been providing not only hot meals with a hot restaurant-style buffet but also providing a welcoming and caring community for the hungry members in the Greater Boston area. Loaves and Fishes had started modestly inside the building of the Pilgrim Congregational Church, which is now the First Korean Church. The church and the local community, particularly the city of Cambridge have been working together hard to achieve the organization’s mission of feeding people facing food insecurity and homelessness in Cambridge. In addition, more than thirty volunteers every week come from the church and the community and successfully serve roughly one hundred fifty people with the best food available in the area on a weekly basis.
